Location: London Country: UK Rate: £300 Per Day - Inside IR35
 

Support Analyst - Citrix - XenDesktop - Intune - London.

My Financial Services client are looking or a Support Analyst to provide a consistently high level of user support and manage a Laptop Device Refresh. We are looking for someone who had been part of a rollout within Financial Services with Citrix, XenDesktop & Intune experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd Line line technical user support for the clients desktop and mobile services
  • Ensure that calls follow the required path to the point of resolution in a timely and efficient manner
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with other teams and vendors when resolution cannot be performed directly within the Service Desk
  • Provide support for any business projects requiring user support or interaction

Experience required:

  • Previously worked in an investment management company
  • Citrix XenDesktop
  • Intune
  • Experience in an IT Support analyst role
  • Teams SharePoint/OneDrive
  • XenApp ITIL/Service Desk best practice
  • Excellent user-facing communication skills
