MS Dynamics 365 Application Support Analyst will support the business in enhancing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics within the organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in optimising processes and user adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
Key responsibilities include daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and best practices. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to help develop dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
As the D365 specialist will also assist in developing training materials and conducting sessions to educate staff on CRM best practices. Additional duties include troubleshooting user issues, handling escalations from the service desk team, maintaining security settings, performing system audits, change requests, and ensuring data integrity through data cleansing and management.
